While eating 100% organic is ideal to avoid accumulation of pesticides and other toxins in our bodies, that can be unrealistic for most of us due to lack of availability of organic foods and budget constraints. The good news is, simply avoiding the most contaminated non-organic foods will go a long way!

So, which are foods we should buy organic as much as possible?

First and foremost, it is best to buy all animal products organic, such as meats, butter, milk and eggs. They tend to have much higher concentrations of toxins than vegetables.
